An exciting improvement on Glen Eden’s horizon is the addition of a new neighborhood, to be known as “North Park.” These long-term sites are available to interested parties who meet the minimum requirements. To be eligible, you must be a Glen Eden member who has held a Gold Seal yearly gate pass for at least six months and has posted a non-refundable fee of $20, the cost of being placed on the Site Waiting List. Sites are being awarded by waiting list priority, similar to the process used for all other long-term site transfers at Glen Eden.

 

Each site, which will have no RV or other living facilities, is being offered for $29,500.
